Your order placed before 10am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after cutoff times or on weekends will be dispatched the next available delivery day.
We deliver across all major metro cities in our country. If you're outside the metro zones, please check availability at checkout or contact support to see if we can deliver to your address.
You can update your upcoming order, skip it, or change meals through your account dashboard up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
Your first payment is taken at checkout. For recurring orders, payments are processed on the day your schedule begins, usually 1-2 days before delivery, depending on your plan.
We source fresh, seasonal produce. Our meals are made without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. For each meal, we include a balance of macros — proteins, healthy fats, whole-grain carbs and plenty of vegetables.
If kept frozen at or below -18°C, our meals will last up to 6 months. Once thawed, consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
If you receive wrong or missing meals, please contact our customer support at support@hellochef.example within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll send replacements or issue a credit as appropriate.
